Our Mat Pilates classes are suitable for all levels and use just your body for focused body awareness, control, and strength without machines. Designed to maximise flexibility and muscle activation. This class works through every major muscle group, utilising precise, controlled movements to strengthen and sculpt the body over time.

02 / Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer classes are a blend of both classical and contemporary Pilates, in an intimate studio limited to 2 reformers only for focused support. This low-impact class is perfect for all fitness levels and focuses on building strength, improving alignment and sculpting your body through controlled, targeted movements.

Each session offers a full-body workout on the reformer, with an emphasis on core stability and muscle endurance, leaving you feeling energised and transformed after every class.

03 / Events & Community

Beyond the mat, we host curated wellness events that blend Pilates, community and self-care, creating a space for you to recharge, connect and move with intention.

Events include Movement & Matcha, in collaboration with Amory Bakery, as well as Pilates & Brunch, in collaboration with Royal St. Kitts Hotel.
