Mat Pilates

Experience CARIBÉ’s Mat Pilates offerings and build strength from your core. Set against a breathtaking beachfront backdrop that elevates your practice, our Mat Pilates classes combine classical technique with modern movement. Perfect for all levels, each session focuses on core stability, posture flexibility and functional strength. Expect slow, intentional movements, ensuring correct form and alignment to build strength, mobility and core stability.

Reformer Pilates

Meet the machine that transforms bodies. Bringing the first Reformer Pilates practice to the twin island nation, our privates provide a more tailored 1:1 experience with a strong focus on form, allowing for a more personalised approach to improving your mind-to-muscle connection. These sessions are great for post-injury rehabilitation or for targeting specific goals and areas to enhance strength, flexibility and overall fitness.

Reformer classes are available as Private 1:1 Sessions only.

With a range of Hatha and Vinyasa inspired flows, immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings during sunrise/sunset yoga sessions. Designed to enhance your overall experience and promote deep relaxation in a vibrant atmosphere.

Meet the Founder of CARIBÉ Pilates. Born and raised in the UK, Indyah discovered Pilates and Yoga as a form of mindful movement to find balance while living in the city. Growing up as a gymnast, she was drawn to the control, strength and grace of movement from an early age. Years later, Pilates reawakened that connection.

Indyah went on to train as a Balanced Body Pilates Instructor, as well as completing her Yoga Teacher Training 200Hrs. Gaining experience teaching at hotels and wellness events across St. Kitts & Nevis, West Indies.

Her approach is rooted in the classical core principles of Pilates, while making mindful movement accessible for everybody. Blending intensity with intention—she is passionate about helping others enhance their strength, mobility and longevity.
